THE FILECATALYST SUPPORT PORTAL IS MOVING JULY 8, 2022:
The FileCatalyst Support Portal will be relocating to the HelpSystems Community Portal. This move is scheduled for July 8th, 2022, at which point our current ticketing portal, knowledgebase and advisory sections will only be accessible on the HelpSystems Community Portal.

FileCatalyst customers should register for an account. Check your email for an activation link. In rare cases, this ends up in your Junk folder. Please safelist our domain (@helpsystems.com) so that you may receive important communication from us. If you have not received an activation link in 48 hours, email us at [email protected].
