FileCatalyst Support will be offline Friday, July 2nd from 6:00 a.m. CT until Sunday, July 4th at 6:00 p.m. CT. Our knowledge base, ticket portal, and phone systems will not be accessible.

If you have an urgent issue where your systems are completely offline, please email [email protected] with the keywords “Production Outage” in the subject line. Our technicians will monitor this inbox and respond to Severity 1 issues once they have been triaged.
