FileCatalyst Web Workflow allows enterprises to automate their workflow and at the same time offer accelerated file transfers for file submission. The flexible architecture of FileCatalyst Web Workflow allows it to be deployed in virtually any scenario in which both external and internal processes are involved.

FileCatalyst Web works as a workflow engine that streamlines the process of transferring and moving files across the enterprise. Easy management of end-users through a web console, and tight coupling with LDAP and Active Directory allow for full control of access rights and transfer privileges. Automatic tracking of files using different status flags allows end-users, as well as administrators to be fully aware of the contents of the system.

Web Access with Acceleration

FileCatalyst Web Workflow is an out-of-the-box enterprise level application that is fully integrated with FileCatalyst's patent-pending acceleration technology. This allows end-users to only use a web-browser to transfer large files. No prior download or installation is required for the FileCatalyst acceleration technology to be made available on the web-browser.

File Transfer Portal

FileCatalyst Web Workflow can easily be configured to act as a file delivery web portal for the enterprise. It can be fully customized to represent the corporate look-n-feel. HTML headers and footers carrying the corporate colors and logo can be entered into the system. Email notifications can also be modified to carry the corporate message trailers. The form used to send file packages can be changed to capture specific information that is relevant to the organization. All of these changes are possible through the administrator's web console.

Security Features

FileCatalyst Web Workflow is equipped with multiple layers of authentication and authorization. Account management allows only registered users to operate the system. Password protection allows only intended users to download files. All communications can be protected using industry standard SSL encryption.
