Sender can easily upload files to multiple recipients. Email addresses can be either typed, selected from address book or selected from an auto-complete popup window. Short text note can also be attached along with the files. Everything on this screen can be customized by the administrator. Additional fields can be added to this form if needed.

Figure 2: Package History

Sender can view the history of file packages uploaded previously. If file packages are still active in the system, they can be resent to new recipients. This screen is only available to "registered users" of the system.

 

Figure 3: Email Notification

Recipients get a new email that they received a new package. A clickable link is included in the email for the user to click. This type of notification can be sent to any valid email address.

Figure 4: Download File Package:

Recipient can download the file package by either clicking on individual files or by clicking on one single button to download the entire contents of the package. Recipients don't require prior registration to download files.
