FileCatalyst® Server

FileCatalyst Server is a standalone application that is centrally deployed where the data will be managed. The administrator uses FileCatalyst Server to create and manage user accounts, enable security options and apply priority levels to connecting accounts. FileCatalyst Server supports FTP for third-party clients as well as its proprietary protocol, meaning that only one server is required.

The FileCatalyst Server has many advanced options for flexible deployment: modify and define port settings, manage memory, and set block and packet size. Additional options provide further refinement.

The FileCatalyst Server package also includes a Remote Server Admin and a Monitoring Agent. The Remote Server Admin tool allows management of the FileCatalyst Server from anywhere in the world. The Monitoring Agent monitors the FileCatalyst Servers and sends out alerts using SNMP and/or email.
