Fast File Transfer from a Browser
FileCatalyst® applets provide a hassle-free way of putting fast file transfer into the hands of your end users. Without leaving their browser, and with no software installation required, visitors to your site will see an intuitive interface allowing them to exchange files with your FileCatalyst Server.
What FileCatalyst Product do I need?

FileCatalyst Direct – The applets are included as standalone clients, giving you the freedom to put them into your own website as needed. Integration is usually as simple as one small line of code. Eg:

FileCatalyst Workflow and FileCatalyst Webmail – are web applications which come with the applets integrated. Deployment of the web application automatically includes deployment of the applets.
FileCatalyst Applets
There are three separate applets:
FileCatalyst Two-Way: This applet provides access and options for local and remote filesystems, in an FTP client-like interface.
FileCatalyst Upload: A cart (queue) area allows users to add files from their local filesystem, and then upload the selections.
FileCatalyst Download: A simple button is configured to initiate download of specified files.
