The FileCatalyst Alliance Program offers partnership opportunities in three categories. A partner may list in multiple alliance categories to provide various levels of service and support of FileCatalyst. The following provides an overview of the FileCatalyst Alliance categories and levels.
This category includes System Integrators and Value Added Resellers (VARs). Typically, systems integrators partners assist FileCatalyst and joint customers by implementing FileCatalyst products into their existing environments. This might include strategic consulting leading to improving business processes to take full advantage of the benefits the software provides. Valued Added Resellers (VARs) partners focus on reselling FileCatalyst products in markets where FileCatalyst may not have a local direct presence. Geographically focused, these partners invest in a total solution that represents sales, implementation, and service.
These partners include OEM and provide FileCatalyst solutions to the market that are connected to the partner’s specific core platform or back-office systems. With deployment options available such as hosted or on-premise solutions, customers achieve a lower total cost of ownership through turnkey solutions, standardized service packages and low-cost implementations.
