February Webinar: Remote Data Replication Basics

Many organizations across a variety of industries require consistent information stored in one specified location, often taking the form of folders. A great solution for these organizations to maintain their vital information is data replication.

Data replication, also known as remote folder mirroring or folder synchronization, occurs when the same folder contents are synchronized across 2 or more computers, often across wide area networks (WANs) and geographically dispersed offices. For this to be possible, a solution must be able to handle large sized individual files and also large sets of smaller files.

Attend our February webinar for an overview of data replication and instructions on how to configure FileCatalyst Hotfolder for remote folder mirroring. In this webinar we will review on how to configure, manage and troubleshoot remote replication of large folder structure over WAN (wide area network). We will also discuss data replication across different operating systems.
