Chris Bailey (Co-Founder, CEO)

As CEO, Chris is responsible for Unlimi-Tech's overall corporate strategy as well as establishing and fostering key partnerships and new market opportunities. Chris is an expert in file transfer technologies, and has led development of many of Unlimi-Tech's core technologies—including FileCatalyst. Prior to founding Unlimi-Tech, Chris worked as software engineer for the Canadian Government, web-enabling many of their existing legacy applications. Chris received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Dalhousie University.

John Tkaczewski (Co-Founder, President)

As President, John is responsible for the overall vision, finance, administration and day-to-day operations of the company. In the 9 years of John's tenure as president, Unlimi-Tech has recorded substantial and consistent growth. Before founding Unlimi-Tech, John worked for the Canadian Government on a number of e-commerce and web-based projects. John's most recent accomplishments are the successful launches of FileCatalyst Express, Webmail and Workflow product lines. John received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bishop's University.

Dave McKeen (Vice-President, Enterprise Sales & Marketing)

Dave McKeen joined Unlimi-Tech Software with an extensive business and technology background. Dave previously served as the Vice President of Business Development and Operations for Corel Corporation, where he managed the due diligence process for the sale of Corel to Vector Capital. In addition, Dave led the integration of MicroGrafx and SoftQuad worldwide operations into Corel and led Corel's third-party technology licensing program. During this period, Dave was also a board advisor to OE/One Corporation and Hemera Technologies. Prior to joining Corel in early 2000, Dave was General Manager and Director of Development for the Canadian office of IMSI (a California-based software firm). Dave managed teams in St.Petersburg, Moscow and California . As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Dave is responsible for establishing and fostering key partnerships and new market opportunities.

Raghu Kulkarni (Director)

Raghu has an Engineering degree in Electronics from REC Suratkal (India) and an MBA from IIM Calcutta (India). Raghu has over 15 years' experience in Application Development and System Integration. In 1995, Raghu founded ProSoftnet Corp. (www.pro-softnet.com). ProSoftnet Corp. now enjoys over $12 million in annual revenues, offering software solutions to Fortune 500 companies and Online Storage Services to consumers and businesses.

Ian Bowles (Director)

Ian was trained as an electronics engineer and worked for Nortel for 10 years before founding Pronexus Inc, a telephony software company. Under his guidance, Pronexus grew to a $5M, 30 employee, consistently profitable company until it was sold in 2000. He is the senior architect and developer for DocTera and all related technologies. He also acts as a mentor and investor for startup software companies.
